Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Lead in promoting top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and product presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team collaboration.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
