Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Your drive determines your paycheck; successful team members generally earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually, including an additional year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify.

Starting out, you’ll enjoy a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture or real estate preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information; valid driver's license.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
