Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will drive sales of new and used RVs while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, including an annual sales volume bonus for eligible staff. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with optional 100% commission after 30 days. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure approach.
