Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to drive sales of new and used RVs. Join a team that rewards performance with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commission potential.

After ramping up, you control earnings with either a mixed plan or 100% commission, aiming for substantial income through strong customer focus and closing skills. Applicants should be ready to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
