Job summary

Camping World in Pasco, WA seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and provide a top-notch customer experience. You’ll sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and work with the Sales team to close deals.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with total annual compensation often ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 for qualifying associates. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred, ideally RV/auto/powersports.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead to promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate features with rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach.
