Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate in Virginia to own the full sales process from initial contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of their most exciting purchases while earning with a performance-based commission structure.

You’ll respond to inbound leads, reach out via phone and social media, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and build rapport to match products to lifestyle and budget.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings.
• CRM tools to track and manage leads.
• Social media and phone outreach experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
