Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an RV Sales Associate to carry out our door-to-deal sales process and deliver high-quality customer experiences for new and used RVs. You will work with our experienced team to demonstrate units, understand product details, and close deals with professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• RV sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process.
• Demonstrate units effectively to customers.
• Close sales with collaboration from the F&I team.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for all RVs.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
