Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Knoxville, TN is seeking an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through our door-to-deal process and sell new and used RVs with exceptional service.

You will demonstrate units, stay aligned with inventory and market trends, and collaborate with the F&I team to close deals. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and RV sales experience are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year RV sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment and work with a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow the door-to-deal sales process to close RV sales.
• Demonstrate units effectively to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and options for informed recommendations.
• Coordinate with the F&I team to close deals.
• Stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory.
• Attend RV shows and community events as needed.
