General RV Center is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to own the full sales process—from initial product selection to negotiation and closing. You will deliver expert knowledge on RVs, tailor recommendations, and build lasting customer relationships while leveraging CRM for daily lead follow-up and follow-through on deals.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process—from product selection to negotiation to closing.
• Deliver expert RV knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay sharp with product updates, inventory insights, and training.
• Follow up daily with leads through our CRM system.
• Present solution-based options that fit customer needs.
• Partner with our Finance team to coordinate lending and finalize deals.
