Job summary

Camping World in Monticello, MN is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will promote new and used RVs, conduct demos, and work with the F&I and Sales Management teams to close deals.

We offer a base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with a path to higher earning potential. Full- and part-time roles available with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in RV or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure sales license where required.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstration rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with no-pressure approach.
