Campers Inn RV in Kingston, NH is seeking an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through our trusted door-to-deal process, helping them find their perfect RV with first-rate service.

You will demo units, stay informed about product lines, and collaborate with the F&I team to close sales while delivering a high-energy, no-pressure customer experience. Weekends and evenings may be required to meet needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• RV sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move RVs of various sizes.

Responsabilités

• Follow our door-to-deal sales process.
• Demonstrate units and convey features effectively.
• Close sales in collaboration with the F&I team.
• Maintain product knowledge and market awareness.
• Provide a high integrity, no-pressure customer experience.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
