Campers Inn RV of Kingston is seeking an RV Sales Associate to join our team in Kingston, NH. This role follows our door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs with top-tier customer service. Salary range is $60,000 to $100,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RV sales experience preferred (1 year).
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Sell new and used RVs with high quality customer experience.
• Demonstrate units effectively and know product details.
• Close sales with F&I team collaboration.
• Maintain customer follow-up with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and stay aware of market trends.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
