Job summary

Camping World in Surprise, AZ is hiring an RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote a top-quality customer experience, demonstrate RVs, and close sales with the support of the F&I and Sales Management teams.

We offer a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with a transition to performance-based plans after 30 days. Earn between $50k and $150k annually depending on sales and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV/auto/marine/powersports or related fields) preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective RV demonstrations and presentations.
• Close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
