Job summary

Camper’s Inn RV is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities in a defined territory and drive revenue growth. The role directs a team of sales specialists and coordinates with finance, legal and other departments to implement effective sales programs.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business and 4+ years of RV sales management experience, with a proven record of strong communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• State sales license if required by state regulations.
• 4+ years RV sales management or automotive/RV dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow our door-to-deal sales process.
• Manage a team of sales specialists to create customer’s perfect “Away”.
• Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices.
• Oversee planning, territories, incentives and communications for the team.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
