Qualifications

  • Previous RV or Automotive Sales Management experience is required.
  • Must have a stellar track record with an exceptional CSI.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license is needed.

Position: RV Sales Manager

Schedule: Tues-Sat, 8:00am-5:00pm

80 Hours PTO front-loaded on day 1

Responsibilities


The Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

  • Ensure sales goals are attained

  • Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

  • Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

  • Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

  • Previous RV or Automotive Sales Management experience
  • Must have a stellar track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of
