Job Duties:
- Hire, train, motivate and counsel employees to meet and exceed company goals.
- Continuously work to improve sales performance and team members.
- Reward, recognize and hold staff accountable to goals set by the company.
- Conduct training, development, and action plans for team members.
- Assist sales team members in processing and completing sales.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Purchase and consign RV’s and calculate ACV’s for customer trade ins.
- Attend trainings and open house events.
- Distribute internet sales leads.
- Monitor sales follow-up procedures.
- Routinely inspect new and used inventory.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of RV or Auto Sales experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Proven track record of effective leadership
- Strong communication skills both internally with staff and externally with customers.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time using a computer, phone and other office equipment. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, walk/stand for extended periods of time. Some out of state travel required.
Environmental & Working Conditions:
Most work will be performed in an office setting; some work will be performed outdoors on the sales lot.
