Bish's RV, Inc. is seeking an RV Sales Associate who builds meaningful customer connections, understands travel goals, and helps customers select RVs and products that fit their lifestyle. You will manage the full customer experience—from first contact to delivery—and contribute to dealership growth.

This performance-based role offers uncapped earnings with a ramp period and guaranteed income during training, plus ongoing coaching and CRM-led pipeline management to turn effort into results.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, especially from hourly or production-based roles.
• Desire to move beyond fixed or capped income.
• Confident when interacting with customers.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Organized with consistent follow-up habits.
• Background in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles is transferable.
• Sales experience not required, but is a definite plus.
