You will own the customer experience from first contact through delivery, contributing to dealership growth with uncapped earning potential. The role supports a ramp period with guaranteed income during training, and ongoing coaching to develop confidence quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with willingness to move beyond fixed income
• Desire to convert effort into earnings through performance
• Confidence in communicating with customers

• Organized with consistent follow-up habits
• Background in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, automotive, retail, or customer-facing roles is transferable
