Bish’s RV is seeking a results-driven sales professional to help customers choose the right RV and close deals. You’ll manage follow-ups, build a personal pipeline, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while earning uncapped commissions and benefiting from paid training.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and travel goals
• Guide them to the right RV and walk them through the buying process
• Follow up on leads (we provide them) and build your own pipeline
• Present products confidently and close deals
• Stay organized using our CRM and maintain consistent follow-up
