Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to own the full sales process from initial contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases while maximizing earnings through a commission-based structure.

The role offers a commission-based, uncapped earning potential with paid training for the first four weeks, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels.

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales through phone, web and in-person channels.
• Ability to manage and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills required.

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and consistently
