Job summary

Camping World seeks an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll sell new and used RVs, conduct test drives, and coordinate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, a high school diploma, a valid license, and the stamina to stand and lift. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, with base hourly pay plus commissions, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Valid driver's license required
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
