Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll lead demonstrations, guide customers through the sale with the F&I and Sales Management team, and follow up with a high-integrity, no-pressure approach. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, with a guaranteed base hourly rate and possible commission plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales is preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, etc.).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
