Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote a top-tier customer experience while selling new and used RVs, with demonstration rides and detailed presentations.

You’ll collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals, and follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach. A base hourly rate plus commissions supports earnings from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by working with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
