Job description

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!

We believe that investing in your success is important. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, depending on residency and state laws.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn over $150,000 annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available for those who qualify.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote a high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations effectively
• Close sales by collaborating with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers, maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license
• Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and entering customer information
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Compensation Details:

This position is 100% commission-based with no soft pack; minimum commissions and flats apply. The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to over $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate at the applicable minimum wage is provided in addition to commissions. In other states, minimum compensation is at least $12.25/hour or the applicable state minimum wage, whichever is higher.
