Overview

Start your journey with Blue Compass RV as we are looking for Sales Associates to join our team and manage the sales process from start to finish. In this role, you will help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and finalize sales. You will be empowered with tools such as a CRM, equity mining tools, and access to a national inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles to support your sales efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Sell new and used RVs, meeting profit and customer satisfaction standards.
2. Assist customers in selecting their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms, and close deals.
3. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure loyalty.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals.

Qualifications

• No RV sales experience required; experience in automotive or home sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a positive work ethic.
• Willingness to learn product details and complete paperwork accurately.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $60k-$120k, with an average earnings of $7,800/month based on commissions. Paid training for four weeks.
