Job summary

Camping World in California is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, build product knowledge, and support sales initiatives. You will help lead the department and mentor teammates while maintaining store appearance and assisting with other duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred and compensation includes a variable annual bonus program.

Responsibilities
