Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive business success by overseeing accounting, operations, compliance and profitability with high integrity. You will lead a team to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals at our dealership.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, and implementing seasonal merchandising while maintaining safety and brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or 3-5+ years retail management experience, preferably big-box format or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Able to coach direct reports.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
• Maintaining high standards of facility, sales floor and back-of-house daily.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate ethical and honest day-to-day business decisions.
• Must be flexible and responsive to business needs.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Standing, stooping, crawling and bending may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and achieving leaderboard targets.
• Connect with customers and drive sales by asking open-ended questions and suggesting products for outdoor lifestyles.
• Demonstrate safe practices and adhere to company standards in-store.
• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers informed on work progress.
• Recruit and hire qualified associates following pay guidelines.
• Evaluate, coach and train associates for success.
• Develop merchandising strategy for seasonal trends and follow planograms.
• Contribute to scheduling to meet customers' needs.
• Involve in the community to promote the brand and monitor competitors.
