Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver top-notch customer service and drive sales. You’ll communicate with customers and teammates, lead a department, mentor colleagues, and actively promote warranty and Good Sam memberships.

Build product knowledge, maintain the store, and support additional duties as needed. Ideal candidates have high school education and retail experience, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends.
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Lead department and mentor colleagues
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
