Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring every customer receives the best service and help drive sales of warranty programs and Good Sam memberships.

You will lead the department, mentor colleagues, and maintain store appearance while executing flexible retail scheduling including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
• Lead department and mentor colleagues.
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and upsell to customers.
• Maintain store appearance and perform stocking/ housekeeping duties.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
