Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will ensure every customer receives excellent service and help lead store activities while promoting warranty and Good Sam programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Retail experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekends.
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead department and mentor colleagues.
• Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers.
• Maintain store appearance including stocking and housekeeping.
• May cross-train to perform other duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
