Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build product knowledge, and drive sales while guiding and mentoring teammates on daily tasks.

Responsibilities include promoting warranty programs and Good Sam memberships, maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and participating in training. A reliable schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor colleagues.
• Strong product knowledge and selling skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to every guest.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead department and mentor colleagues on daily tasks.
• Promote warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers.
• Maintain store appearance including stocking and housekeeping duties.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as assigned.
