Riverpoint RV Park is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Team Member to join our team year-round. This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, and focuses on keeping the park clean, safe, functional and welcoming for guests.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently, comfortable with a variety of tasks, and ready to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance.

Competenze

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, campground, RV park, or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong general handyman skills and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Able to perform physical tasks associated with property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background check.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with RV park guests.

• General property and RV park maintenance.
• Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas.
• Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair projects.
• Maintaining park facilities, equipment, and amenities.
