Job summary

Great Escapes RV Resorts in Bryan, TX is seeking a part-time Maintenance & Grounds Crew member to keep our camp-resort facilities, equipment and grounds in top condition. This seasonal role requires the ability to perform mowing, light maintenance, and assist with pool area care.

Weekend and evening availability is needed; experience with tractors is a plus. Join a growing hospitality team serving RV guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, appliances, and devices.
• Physical condition capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
• Mow, weed-wick, weed, and perform groundskeeping tasks.
• Note: tractor experience is a plus.
• Must be available weekends and evenings.
• Attend weekly team meetings.
• Support a planned maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with pool chemical checks and balances.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS(these duties include, but are not limited to):

The Maintenance & Grounds Crew is responsible for the overall maintenance of the camp-resort, including but not limited to the facilities, equipment, and overall resort appearance.

• Help Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
• Mowing, weed-wicking, weeding, etc. required.
• Experience driving large tractors is a plus.
• Must be available weekends and evenings.
• Attendance at weekly team meetings.
• Help maintain a planned maintenance program to ensure that sites and services continue operation without interruption and to the required standards.
• Learning how to check and balance chemicals in the pool.

Marginal Job Functions:

• Removal of trash and preparation of campsites for new guests.
• Other Job Duties as assigned.
• Possess exceptional guest relations skills.
• Weekend & holiday hours are required.
