You will ensure spaces are tidy, functional, and safe, handling basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as needed. Weekend and holiday hours are required, and a keen eye for detail is essential.

The role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of guest experience and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in a facilities or resort setting.
• Strong electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a physical role.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain camp-resort facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests.
• Assist in planning and executing maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Perform basic repairs: carpentry, doors/locks, drywall, painting.
• Address electrical and plumbing issues as needed.
• Maintain park equipment and public areas per standards.
• Follow a planned maintenance program to avoid interruptions.
• Monitor pool chemicals and health department logs.
• Support guest relations and safety initiatives.
