Equity LifeStyle Properties in Welches, Oregon, is seeking a Campground Ranger / Front Desk Clerk to deliver a safe, welcoming guest experience. The role blends front desk operations, campground patrol, and security monitoring to support a family-friendly RV resort community.

If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of staying calm under pressure, you will thrive handling reservations, payments, incident responses, and routine maintenance coordination with hotel-style service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Ability to learn reservation, payment, and property management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for guests and residents across channels.
• Take reservations, check-in/out, process payments and deposits.
• Monitor campground, enforce rules, and respond to incidents.
• Run reports, maintain records, and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
