Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Front desk and reservations training or experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows applications and Micros PMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel front desk and door greeter operations.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct training.
• Direct workflow and ensure smooth guest arrival experience.

• Maintain accurate room rates, availability, and records in PMS.
• Assist in interviews and departmental meetings.
