Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking an RV Park Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting guests in person and over the phone, assisting with space selection, and managing check-in and check-out with courtesy.

Responsibilities include walking daily routes to ensure facilities are clean and functional, answering questions, sharing local information, and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Guest service, RV, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• 21+ years of age and high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service.
• Greet and assist arriving guests; manage check-in/check-out.
• Walk RV Park routes to inspect facilities and equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain front desk and shared facilities cleanliness.
• Communicate with management and guests by phone.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
