Job summary

Camping World is seeking an experienced Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, documenting repairs and tracking parts to ensure quality outcomes.

The role favors hands-on experience, attention to detail, and self-motivation. Certification is encouraged, with incentives to earn RVIA certification; candidates should be comfortable with lifting,

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful but not required
• 1+ year of service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
