Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our RV service team in Medford, OR. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair work on RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies.

Candidates with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills will thrive, and certification opportunities are available through the company. We value attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
