Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support RV parts and accessories sales in Irving, TX. You will connect with customers by phone, promote products, and assist with quotes and orders while maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, providing product guidance, tracking orders, pricing, and shipping details, and supporting account development and customer service. Travel may be required for customer visits or trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RV industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to established customers to promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately with pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
• Provide product guidance and support for orders, pricing, availability, and warranties.
• Build relationships with potential customers and support account development.
