Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold unit is spotless and ready for delivery. You'll review daily schedules, clean interiors and exteriors, and make sure each trailer meets our high standards to create a strong first impression for customers.

This role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork with the service and sales staff, plus weekend availability. Prior detailing experience is a plus but not required; a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Previous vehicle detailing experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
