Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will prioritize detailing sold units, both new and trade-ins, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while coordinating with sales and service to meet schedules.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and reliability to deliver customer-ready vehicles on time. A strong team culture and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background and drug test.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina for repetitive bending, lifting and standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify RVs needing detailing.
• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect RVs for damage or maintenance needs and report to service.
• Ensure all compartments and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate status with sales and service teams.
• Follow all safety protocols for a hazard-free workspace.
