Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily detailing schedules, thoroughly clean interiors and exteriors, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery, and verify units meet our high standards before customer handover.

The role focuses on both new and trade-in units, delivering a top-quality first impression to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions.
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for any visible damage and maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
