Bish’s RV is seeking a highly motivated RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily schedules and thoroughly clean each trailer, focusing on sold units including new and trade-ins.

The role emphasizes high standards, safety, and collaboration with sales and service teams. Ideal candidates should pass a background/drug test, show strong attention to detail, and possess physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Background and drug test required.
• Experience in vehicle detailing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
• Ensure all compartments and tanks are clean and free of debris.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
