Job summary

Bish’s RV Meridian is seeking a highly motivated RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom.

You’ll work on sold units, including new and trade-ins, inspect for damage, report issues to the service department, maintain a safe workspace, and support sales and service teams by delivering well-prepared RVs that impress customers.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Align with the company vision and values in all interactions.
• Previous vehicle detailing experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and standing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
