Bish’s RV is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold unit is spotless and ready for delivery. You’ll review daily schedules and detail each trailer from top to bottom, focusing on both new units and trade-ins to uphold our high standards and create a strong first impression for customers.

The role emphasizes thorough interior/exterior cleaning, reporting any damage, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while supporting sales and service teams to enhance customer

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with company values in all interactions.
• Previous vehicle detailing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify vehicles needing detailing.
• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect for damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department.
• Ensure compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about unit status.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
