Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a motivated RV Detail Technician to thoroughly clean sold units, ensuring they are showroom-ready for delivery or pickup. You will manage daily detailing schedules, work primarily on sold units (new and trade-ins), and uphold our high standards to impress customers.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to stand for long periods. Saturday availability is required, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug test required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Availability every Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Review daily detailing schedule for assigned RVs.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly (floors, windows, appliances, upholstery).
• Inspect for damage or maintenance needs and report to service department.
• Ensure all compartments and tanks are clean and debris-free.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate status of detailed units to sales and service teams.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
