Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a meticulous RV Detail Technician to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. You will review daily schedules and detail each trailer from top to bottom, focusing on both new units and older trade-ins to meet our high standards and provide customers with an excellent first impression.

You’ll clean interior and exterior surfaces, inspect for visible damage, report maintenance needs to the service department, and ensure all compartments and tanks are clean.

Qualifications

• Background and drug test clearance required.
• Detailing or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery.
• Inspect each RV for visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings.
• Ensure compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris.
• Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with sales and service teams about status of detailed units.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
