Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for our growing team in Coburg, Oregon. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and earnings up to $65,000 or more annually based on performance.

The Delivery Coordinator serves as the key link between Sales and Service, ensuring a seamless preparation and delivery process for all new and used RVs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience from sale through delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient computer and multitasking skills.
• Strong independent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Excellent customer relations and clerical accuracy.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide new owners through the delivery process and promote accessories.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery and ensure a thorough RV demo.
• Create and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Track work orders through completion and final billing; attend daily delivery updates.
• Oversee lot preparation for new RVs and inspect trade-ins for reconditioning.
