• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or a similar client-facing role.
• Valid EU passport to facilitate onboarding in Bulgaria.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
